I dont know if any of you have ever tried to wash a large dog, especially one who does not want to be washed! Its an interesting experience. First, you might as well assume you are going to get completely soaked. Second, you might as well assume that the entire bathroom will end up wet and covered in fur. Third, you might as well assume the dog will fight you every step of the way. Well at least, I have to assume all of these things- my dogs do them all!
I got home from a busy day at work today and I was assulted by the smell that hit me as soon as I opened the house dog. The dogs, apparently, had been outside and gone swimming. Then they proceeded to roll around in something that smelled like a mix of dead skunk and poo. I decided to give them the bath before I ate, seeing as how the smell did not help me to find the thought of food attractive. Things are much better now!!
I would love to say something deep and memorable here, but there is nothing on my mind today. Perhaps tommorrow.

First post of a new chapter
After closing my previous blog when I graduated college, I felt like I had closed a chapter of myself. In a way, I felt it was something that had to be done in order to move on and continue with life after graduation. Clinging to the past never does anyone any good. As everyone knows, its a very different life. I will be the first to admit that I miss college in many ways. I loved it there: loved learning, being around people my own age, my wise teachers, and a beautiful campus. There certainly is nothing like college. However, that is now over and life has gone on. I have a job which I am not passionate about, I have a dog and a new car.
This blog is a way for me to write out, articulate, my thoughts. I am glad to have another blog as I start this new chapter.
